Link your Preferred Savings Card to ACT's Community Partner's ID# (49000127727). Go on line to www.albertsons.com or print out the form at this link and mail it in. (Note: Albertson's Community Partner cards are no longer provided by Albertson's. Contributions to participating organizations are provided via linkage to individual's Preferred Savings Card.)

Support ACT through Yoke's eScrip Community Card. Visit Yoke's Market and request a Yoke's eScrip Community Card. When you have a card, do the following to support ACT. Activate your cad by calling 1-800-931-6258 or visit www.escrip.com/yokes.jsp. Then, log in and:
• select ACT as your organization of choice (search within zip code 99352)
• select the My Grocery/Community Cards option.
• select the Escrip Community Partners card
• enter your card # via the Escrip Community Partners card option. Card # found on back of card (all 12 digits).
