Auditions for a role in a play based on one of the best loved children’s books “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” by Barbara Robinson are next week at the Academy of Children’s Theatre.   “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” is a hilarious story of the Herdmans, who are a family of somewhat “undisciplined” children.  They attend a Sunday school class because they were told that they would get cookies from the minister and are caught up in the casting of the annual Christmas pageant.  The Herdmans’ interpretation of the traditional Christmas story brings laughter to all.  Come and be a part of this fun play!  We need adults as well as  children (3rd grade and up).  Adults play relatively minor roles except for the Mom and Dad.  This is a great opportunity for adults and children to share the experience of theatre together!

Auditions are Monday, Oct. 14 and Tuesday, Oct. 15.  Please call ACT at 943-6027 to sign up for an audition time (6:00 pm or 7:00 pm).  No singing or dancing required.
