Here you will find the cast list for ACT, MCYO, and SHS’s upcoming production of Into the Woods. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! So much for everyone who auditioned, we are very thankful for everyone who put their time, energy, and effort in auditioning for the show. This show, in particular, is built for a smaller cast and we had our largest audition turn out since pre-COVID times.( Wow, we were completely blown away by the talent on display!) As always, these choices are very difficult due to the limited numbers of parts and far, far more qualified people then we could ever possibly cast. We did our best to squeeze as many actors as we could into the show, both director’s remarked that neither had seen a cast this large for the show and we’re going to do our best to be as creative as we can in giving everyone the best experience we can. Into the Woods will have its mandatory parent and student meeting on Monday March 20th at 6pm. This meeting will be held online. Lisa Howell (our production manager) will email you your link to you. This meeting is online this time due to limited space in the building on Monday. HOWEVER, a few folks will be getting rehearsals started on that evening here at ACT. For those actors needed in person, ACT will host the meeting for both parents and students the meeting from 6p-7p and then Adrienne will be leading a music rehearsal from 7pm to 8:30pm. With this production we are also going to hold a secondary parent meeting on Monday March 27th at 6p for families about getting involved during the production.
If you are on the cast list below, please email Lisa@acstaff.org letting her know that you’ve seen and accept which part you’ve been cast so that we can make sure we have a working email address for you. We will also sending a script, your paperwork, and your meeting link to this email There will be lots of communication via email and it’s important that we have a working email address for you and your family. As mentioned above, Lisa will be emailing you your paperwork prior to the meeting and if you can email it back to her prior to the meeting starting it will make the process a bit smoother.
At our meeting on Monday we will be going over guidelines, paperwork, fees and handing out a calendar, and scene breakdown for the production. Our calendar is being created based around your conflicts. If you need to add any conflicts PLEASE email Lisa prior to Monday March 20th with all your known conflict dates.
