A hobbit house is being constructed for this wisteria arbor staircase
The Mid-Columbia Library is the generous sponsor of “Random Inspiration,” Garden #5 on the tour. The garden will feature an authentic hobbit house! Its residents will include a couple student actors from ACT who will present scenes from The Hobbit several times during the tour!
