Please join us at ACT’s Black Box Theatre on Thursday, January 16th at 6:30 for a groundbreaking event, an Urban Poet’s Society Slam.  Community youth from throughout the Tri Cities have created riveting scripts and highly personal poetry and our high school performance group Troupe will be performing the works.  Refreshments will be served. Give these amazing students the recognition they deserve for their efforts to create stories and poems from their life experiences.  Master of Ceremonies will be Jordan Chaney, a well known local poet and champion for youth.
