The Academy of Children’s Theatre is thrilled to be celebrating its 30th anniversary season, and we cant wait to mark the occasion with our biggest event of the year: Heart for the Arts on Saturday, February 21st, 2026, at the Three River Convention Center in Kennewick, Washington.

This annual gala is our cornerstone fundraiser, fueling ACT’s Artistic programming, performances, and educational outreach across rural Washington. Each year, ACT serves more than 1,200 young people who might not otherwise have access to theatre education, empowering them to build confidence, creativity, and community through the performing arts.

Over the past three decades, Heart for the Arts has grown from a small local benefit into a marquee celebration of the arts, featuring area wines, fine cuisine, and unforgettable performances from ACT students and alumni. Its’s an evening that brings our entire community together around a shared belief in the power of the arts to transform young lives.
